After all, you are renting- and it is technically their property. Is it Dair-Bear okay to hang things on the wall? Plasma TV'S? Paintings? Frames? Registered User Joined: Thursday, 13th of May 2010, 17:25:08 Posts: 1373 Viewed 17493 times

I've had a few leases that prohibited putting any holes in the PootEr wall, but I ignored that. Seriously, it is not going to ruin the place if Registered User you put up some picture frames. They're going to paint over it anyway. Joined: Monday, 14th of June 2010, 10:40:07 Posts: 600 Now, bigger holes, you should think twice about. I don't know how big your Viewed 19209 times TV is, but if it needs big anchors and if there is a chance you could goof
and tear a big hole in the wall, then you might want to just leave that TV
on a tv stand.

Generally it is fine. Look at your lease and see what it says. Arsonist Leases are very specific about what you can and can not do. Usually after Registered User a tenant vacates the apartment, it is painted. This includes spackling any Joined: Friday, 4th of June 2010, 21:20:33 holes left from wall-hangings. It is OK with me. If you want to know if it is OK with your Cuddle Muffin landlord, read the lease or ask. Registered User Joined: Wednesday, 5th of May 2010, 00:14:12 Posts: 487 Viewed 16155 times

It is generally expected, unless it is a very short term HunnyBear rental. I had in my rental agreements, that they were allowed to, but Registered User they needed to notify me for the actual work, or I would let them do it if Joined: Saturday, 22nd of May 2010, 20:11:13 I knew they were using the proper hangers. My house had real plaster Posts: 1758 walls, not wall board, & if you just put a nail or screw in, a BIG hole Viewed 8350 times could result. Of course, if that happened they had to pay, but who wants
the hassle. I'd say check ur lease agreement, & get the proper hanger
from a home improvement store..not just some nail of the the drawer.

Yes, it is. Unless it states in your lease agreement that you The Bubbas can not, its okay. Most apartments expect you to do that. They don't Registered User want large holes in the walls that can not be filled with spackle, but Joined: Monday, 7th of June 2010, 18:33:25 pics, paintings etc. are fine.
